​​Subotiz · PayPal Merchant Environment Configuration​​

This document provides the configuration details for the Subotiz · PayPal merchant environment, covering the core URLs and usage instructions for both the Test and Production environments. It is designed to support merchants in the development, integration, and formal operation of payment, subscription, and other functionalities.

To enable payment collection capabilities in the Production environment, you must first register a PayPal merchant account on the official PayPal website and then authorize and bind this account to Subotiz · PayPal.

Production Environment

Environment Description

  • ​​Applicable Scenarios​​: Exclusively for Subotiz · PayPal merchants who have completed Subotiz's merchant qualification review and process configuration, and are either preparing for official launch or are already in the operational phase.
  • Core Purpose​​: Serves as the live production environment for handling real user payment transactions, managing subscription orders, processing fund settlements, synchronizing customer information, and other formal business operations.

Sandbox Environment

Environment Description

  • Applicable Scenarios​​: For Subotiz · PayPal merchants in the development and integration phase who have not yet passed the formal launch review, as well as for live merchants requiring feature iteration testing or issue troubleshooting.
  • Core Purpose​​: Used by developers to debug API interfaces, validate payment flows, test subscription features (e.g., trial periods, billing logic), simulate transaction status changes, etc. This environment does not involve real fund transfers. Test data is completely isolated from the production environment, allowing for safe validation of various functionalities.
